We then dealt with Helen's colleague Julie who managed the progression of the sale. Even though we weren't clients of Helen, Julie kept us up to date with key information throughout and when our own estate regents had to close their business, Julie stepped in to support us and her client through the sale and went the extra mile to ensure that the process was as efficient as possible.
